ニューヨークで OCaml を使った仕事

NY で二件、ヘッジファンドで OCaml もしくは関数型言語系プログラマの仕事があるようで、ヘッドハンターが連絡を待っているそうです。給与は 150K$ と 120K$+bonus なので、1500万円位。私の給料と比べると、、、うーん。ノーコメント。
ちなみに文中の FIX プロトコルというのは証券取引の際に使われる通信プロトコルで標準かもされているのですが、これがまあ何となくダサい上に、ブローカーによってビミョーに使い方が違うという困ったちゃんです。
日本で落ち着いちゃったから現時点では興味がないけど、しかしこの求人ウチじゃないよな？転職しようとしてる人がヘッドハンターに連絡して、実は自分が働いている企業の求人だったら、どうなるんだろ。

My client are a hedge fund looking for candidates with cutting edge C#
development, experience with functional programming and strong
educational background. You will be responsible for building in .NET
both real-time, Direct Market Access Systems from the beginning, gaining
exposure to the entire development process, front to back. Both C# GUI
and Server Side .Net .

Open to super high frequency C# or Vc++ developers from out of industry,
top tech firms, Search engine, Microsoft, Online retailers.

Your success in this role will require advanced technical skills which
should include strong C++ or C# programming on a windows platform,
Multi-threading, socket programming and ideally FIX protocol.

In this role you will be expected to love technology, enjoy talking to a
highly educated team that is active in open source community.
Experience with functional programming, ie. Erlang, Haskell, Ocaml, ML,
